When you write us
Help us help you faster by including:
- Your WatchDog Bot version (Help → About in the desktop app)
- Your OS (Windows / macOS, version)
- The bot's name (if relevant) — we can pull logs from your account with your permission
- What you expected vs what happened
- Any error messages, copy-pasted as text (not screenshots if possible — screenshots are fine if the error is in a screenshot already)
