14 days from account creation. You can use every feature during the trial — no feature gating. We'll email you 3 days before it ends, and again on the last day. If you don't subscribe, your account converts to a read-only state (you keep your data, but bots stop running).

No. We never put a credit card on file during the trial. When the trial ends, you actively choose to subscribe or not. Nothing is charged without your explicit action.

Your bots stop running. Your code, logs, and connection settings stay in your account for 90 days in case you come back. After 90 days of inactive subscription, we delete the data per our retention policy.

No. Software subscription only. We don't touch your funds, don't route orders, don't track your P&L for fee purposes. The only money changing hands is the subscription itself.

Yes. If you're unhappy in the first 14 days after your first paid charge, email us for a full refund — no questions, no retention flow. After 14 days, we issue prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis.

You can cancel and resume any time. We don't have a formal "pause" feature because canceling and re-subscribing produces the same outcome (your data stays for 90 days after cancellation).

Not yet. Today every subscription is for a single account. If you have a team use case, email us — we're collecting demand to inform when/how to ship team plans.

To prevent scripted abuse. 50 calls per 24 hours per user is well beyond any normal usage — most users call AI Fix a few times per week. If you ever hit the limit, see the AI Fix guide for details on cooldown timing.

Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable VAT/GST. Stripe handles tax collection automatically based on your billing country. The total on your invoice will reflect your local tax rules.
